Darts: Surprising Schindler bankruptcy against Mega underdog

With the victory, Luke Littler secures the so -called "Triple Crown" - and once again sets up a new record.

Martin Schindler has to strike his sails early at Players Championship 23. The German number one surprisingly loses clearly to the number 188 in the world.

Martin Schindler had to accept a surprisingly clear defeat on Wednesday.

The German number one in darts lost to the Irishman Michael Flynn 2-6 at Players Championship 23 and had to strike his sails in the round of 16.

The clear defeat is particularly surprising because Flynn was ranked 188th in the world before the duel with Schindler (number 17 in the world) and had never survived the second round (top 64) at the Players Championship before.

In the round of 16, however, it was over for Flynn. He had to admit defeat to the Englishman Ryan Joyce with 3:6.
