The defender of Sonderjyske Fodbold received a wheelbarrow full of potatoes as an award for player of the match after the 3-2 win against FC Nordsjaelland last weekend – the food package of the special kind weighed a total of 55 kilograms.

Soulas scored the early 1-0 in the game on Sunday. “I gave the potatoes to the club canteen, and some were donated to a soup kitchen,” the 26-year-old told the news agency AFP on Tuesday.
