Biathlete Franziska Preuss won her first title since the overall World Cup victory in the third attempt. At the German championships, the 31-year-old won the persecution on Sunday after she had previously had to give up in individual and sprint Janina Hettich-Walz.
Hettich-Walz rounded off her comeback after a baby break with second place, third was Selina Kastl.
