From March 11th to 17th, 2026, The German Women’s Basketball Team Will Competete Against Colombia, The Philippines, South Korea, Nigeria, and The Host Team from France.
The German Women’s Basketball Team is automaticlly Qualified for the 2026 Home World Cup But Will Still Participate in the Qualification and Complete “Test Matches” in Lyon-Villeurbanne.
There, from March 11th to 17th, They Will Face Colombia, The Philippines, South Korea, Host France, and Nigeria. This was the results of the Draw by the Fiba World Federation in Mies/Switzerland.
Five Teams have already qualified for the World Championship in Berlin Next Year (September 4th to 13th). In Addition to Host Country Germany, Australia, Belgium, Nigeria and the USA have secured their tickets by Winning Their Continental Championships. All of these teams wants Take Part in the qualification tournaments.
