Camp Nou is being rebuilt

Renovation work has been underway at the venerable stadium in Barcelona since May 2023. The reopening was originally scheduled for November 2024, but has been repeatedly postponed.

The modernization is still not complete. Currently, the Camp Nou can accommodate 45,000 spectators. Barca plans to have a capacity of 62,000 spectators before the end of the year, and after the renovation is complete, the Camp Nou should have space for 105,000 fans.

For Lewandowski, it was his eighth goal of the season in the league. The Pole has not yet scored in the Champions League.
