Ski jumping: Wellinger gives Kobayashi and Prevc no chance

With a flight to 230.5 meters, the 2018 Olympic champion did not secure the day’s victory, but still triumphed with 1003 points in front of the Japanese Ryoyu Kobayashi (987.1 points) and PrevC (971.4 points) in the overall ranking.

“It was a really horny weekend, I flew horny ski,” said Wellinger in the ZDF interview.

Kreyast for Windchaos shortened

With his impressive success, Wellinger could not be brought out of the concept of the aftermath of the Norwegian suit scandal or from the Windchaos on the Monster Bakken.

Instead of the two rounds originally planned, only one round was completed on Sunday evening due to Windchaos, the qualification in the afternoon – which also flows into the rating during the RAW -Air tour – was canceled early.
