Germany world champion Theis shines in Euroleague!

The German basketball world champion Daniel Theis comes to over 20 points as the best thrower of the evening.

A brilliant Daniel Theis led the AS Monaco in the play-offs of the Euroleague to the opening victory.

At his premiere for the club in the championship round, the German basketball world champion came to 22 points and five rebounds as the best thrower of the evening, Monaco beat the Spanish top club FC Barcelona in the first quarter of 97:80 (44:42). Game two of the best-of-five series will take place again in the principality on Friday (7 p.m./ Magenta Sport ).

Theis’ Europe return after eight years of NBA

Theis (33) had returned to Europe in February after eight NBA years. The Oklahoma City Thunder center had previously been released.
