Cristiano Ronaldo turns the time back in the Asian Champions League – and comes closer to a big title.
With Cristiano Ronaldo as a scorer, Al-Nassr has reached the semi-finals of the Champions League in Asia as the third club from Saudi Arabia.
The 40-year-old Portuguese scored the 4-1 against the Yokohama F-Marinos from Japan. Ronaldo hit the dust for 3-0 in the meantime – and recovered his iconic goal celebration from 2017 when he had a casual manner on the Bernabeu advertising gang.
Ronaldo can get his first big title with Al-Nassr in the premier class.
The financially strong clubs from Saudi Arabia, where all co-rounds from the quarter-finals will also be played by the final on May 3, dominate the competition this year.
Al-Nahli and Al-Hilal are already in the semi-finals. Fourth participants and opponents of Ronaldo become either Kawasaki Frontale from Japan or Al-Sadd from Qatar.
