Ski jumping star Jan Hörl put an outstanding season – and was still somehow a tragic figure. With second place at the tour, second place in the overall World Cup and World Cup silver on the Großschanze, the Austrian was constantly at world-class level-only the really big coup was missing.
Hörl now made up for this on a private level. The 26-year-old married and shared his luck on social media. “Yes, because I love you forever!”, The ÖSV eagle wrote and posted a number of pictures that show him happily with his wife.

Ski jumping: Hörl missed touring victory after a failed landing
Jan Hörl had delivered a tight battle with his compatriots Daniel Tschofenig and Stefan Kraft on the previous tour. When he jumped in Bischofshofen, he succeeded in the daily stock, but 1.4 points were missing on the victorious Tschofenig due to a failed landing.
All the better for Hörl that his landing in the port of marriage ran completely round.
