Carlo Ancelotti will leave Real Madrid and take over the office of Brazilian national football coach. This was confirmed by the Brazilian Association CBF on Monday. On May 26, Ancelotti, the first foreign national coach at the record world champion, is to name the squad for the upcoming World Cup qualification games.
This means that the path for Xabi Alonso is free in Madrid. The Spaniard says goodbye to Bayer Leverkusen and is said to be Ancelotti’s successor – already for the club World Cup that started in June.
