As a Brazil coach: Ancelotti wants to commit big names

Carlo Ancelotti apparently wants to pilot a prominent name in the Brazilian national team’s coaching staff.

Since Monday, it has been officially certain that Carlo Ancelotti will be a national coach. Now it is leaked that the Italian strives for the commitment of a former world -class player as an assistant coach.

As CNN Brasil reports, Ancelotti is planning to bring the Brazilian legend Kaká to his coaching team. The Italian has already contacted the 2002 world champion.

Kaká recently greeted the Italian in a contribution to X. “Welcome coach Ancelotti. May God bless them,” wrote the 43-year-old on the announcement of the association CBF.

Time together with Milan and Real

Ancelotti knows the 92-time international from the time from 2003 to 2009 at AC Milan, in 2013 they met again at Real Madrid.

While Kaká – who ended his active career in 2017 – has no experience as a coach, Ancelotti’s son Davide will probably no longer work as an assistant in his father. The 35-year-old, reportedly, starts a career as head coach and was most recently traded at RB Leipzig and the Glasgow Rangers.

Carlo Ancelotti will play his last game as a real coach on May 25th against Real Sociedad. Just a day later, he is said to name the squad for the upcoming World Cup qualification games of Brazil.
