Real Madrid’s star player Jude Bellingham is likely facing a longer absence due to persistent shoulder problems.
As The athletic reports, the club is planning an operation on the 21-year-old’s left shoulder following the Club World Cup (June 15 to July 13). According to medical specialists consulted by the portal, Bellingham is likely to be out for up to three months and miss the start of the season in the Spanish league.

Shoulder problem persist
Bellingham dislocated his shoulder in November 2023 in the league match against Rayo Vallecano and has been wearing special protection ever since. According to The athletic, Bellingham is said to have had shoulder problems from 2020 to 2023 during his time at Borussia Dortmund.
Last October, The athletic reported, citing anonymous sources, that an operation would be necessary at some point to ensure a full recovery. However, due to the tight schedule in European football, no suitable window has yet emerged.
