After winning the Italian championship with SSC Napoli, the future of coach Antonio Conte is uncertain. “If you don’t feel comfortable in a certain environment, you have to change, as was the case with Luciano Spalletti after the Scudetto in 2023,” Napoli’s owner Aurelio De Laurentiis told TV station Rai 1 when asked whether Conte would remain with the club next season.
Rumors have it that Conte is already negotiating a return to his former club Juventus Turin, which he had already coached from 2011 to 2014. The 55-year-old, who still has a contract with Napoli until 2027, is said to replace coach Igor Tudor there, who has disappointed the Tifosi’s expectations. Spalletti also left Napoli in the summer of 2023 after winning the Scudetto.
