Currys Warriors miss direct play-off ticket

Basketball superstar Stephen Curry missed the direct ticket for the NBA playoffs with the Golden State Warriors.

Despite a strong performance by Curry, to which 36 points, the team from California lost 119: 124 after extra time against the Los Angeles Clipper.

Led by Kawhi Leonard (32 points) and James Harden (37), the guests in overtime had the better end.

Now the Warriors have to take the detour via the Play-in tournament. There, the teams, who ended the main round in places seven to ten, compete against each other to play two play-off places.

The first opponent of the Warriors are the Memphis grizzlies, and the Sacramento Kings and the Dallas Mavericks are there.

In the first play-off round there is a tough task: it is either against Oklahoma City Thunder or the Houston Rockets.

The Clippers get to deal with the Denver Nuggets that Los Angeles Lakers is waiting for a duel with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
