Ricardo Pietreczko storms into the next round at the German Darts Grand Prix. The tournament has already ended for two other Germans.
Ricardo Pietreczko qualified for the 2nd round at the German Darts Grand Prix (live at Sport1 on TV and stream). In front of the home crowd in Munich, the 30-year-old made the Englishman Adam Paxton 6-1 in Legs.
“Pikachu” not only convinced with his double quota of 60 percent – his average 106 points per recording were also impressive.

Pietreczko started the match particularly impressively: in just eleven darts he secured the first leg. In the second he followed a break directly.

Paxton was able to shorten to 1: 3 later, but “Pikachu” was again a 11-darter in the following. The German then provided 5: 1 with a remarkable 116 high finish. The final leg was only a matter of form.
On Sunday, Pietreczko meets Rob Cross in round two.
For Finn Behrens and René Eidams, the tournament has already ended after the opening match. Behrens went 0: 6 without a chance against Kim Huybrechts, while Eidams lost 2: 6 Gian van Veen.
At the German Darts Grand Prix, which takes place in Zenith in Munich until Easter Monday, Martin Schindler, Michael Rosenauer and Michael Unterbuchner are still required in the 1st round on Saturday evening.
