Darts question costs Jauch’s candidate two jokers
Because candidate Sascha Korf didn’t know the right answer, he initially used the audience joker. However, only 68 percent of the viewers present voted for the correct answer “Legs”, 31 percent incorrectly chose “Eyes” – possibly confused by the word “Bulls Eye”.
There was also apparently uncertainty among many TV viewers: During the broadcast, hundreds of users clicked on the darts glossary on SPORT1 .
So Korf resorted to another joker and questioned a single studio guest, who suggested the answer option “Legs”. Korf then chose the correct answer.
Star presenter Günther Jauch then explained that a darts game consists of several legs. However, the next question was all over for the candidate; Korf ultimately went home with 20,000 euros.
