Things are getting serious at the Darts World Championship 2026! On Monday, the last participants for the round of 16 will be determined first, before Luke Littler once again enters the fray.
After Littler played a new personal record average at a World Championship against Austrian Mensur Suljovic (107.09 points), the 18-year-old wonderkid will face former world champion Rob Cross (2018) in the evening session. The first real test for the defending champion is coming up.
Who will secure the last spots in the round of 16?
First, however, the last participants for the round of 16 will be determined. The afternoon session begins with two purely English duels. To kick things off, Justin Hood challenges his compatriot Ryan Meikle. It continues with cult professional Ricky Evans and super talent Charlie Manby.
In the final duel of the afternoon session, Nathan Aspinall faces Dutchman Kevin Doets.
Darts World Championship: Next show from Luke Littler?
The evening concludes with the first two round of 16 matches. First, there will be a showdown between surprise man James Hurrell and Martin Schindler’s conqueror Ryan Searle. Afterwards, Littler will be challenged by Cross.
