The German combiners got gold in the team competition at the World Cup in Trondheim. The DSV quartet with the four Oberstdorfer Johannes Rydzek, Wendelin Thannheimer, Julian Schmid and final runner Vinzenz Geiger won after a gripping race in front of Austria.
Norway around top star Jarl Magnus Riiber only remained in third after a catch -up, since Jörgen Graabak had been disqualified after jumping.
