“Don’t listen anymore”: Hard criticism of real star Jude Bellingham

A Liverpool legend shares against Jude Bellingham. Graeme Souness even sees the real star as a warning example of Barcas Supertalent Lamine Yamal.

Real star Jude Bellingham has to put up with criticism from the island. Liverpool legend Graeme SOUNESS announced in his column for the Daily Mail with clear words against the English international.

“It was most recently worrying at Real Madrid. He had an incredible first season in Spain and seemed to conquer the world – but now I have the bad feeling that he simply no longer listens,” analyzed Souness.

With his words, the former captain and coach of the Reds does not address Bellingham’s qualities as a footballer, but his attitude.

Bellingham at the pillory

“I hope I am wrong. But this season was a disappointment and you sometimes have to question Bellingham’s behavior: to show yourself unreasonably, to get unnecessary trouble with the referee again and again,” Souness continued.

Should Bellingham listen to someone at all, “then his advice seems to go in the wrong direction,” emphasized the Scotsman: “And if he sees healthy passion in his behavior, he is also wrong. He is a perfect example of what Lamine Yamal has to avoid.”

Lamine Yamal? “It’s just wrong”

However, Souness is enthusiastic about Barca super talent Lamine Yamal. “Nobody should be so good at 17, that’s just wrong. There is no doubt that we see the beginning of a very special talent,” said the 71-year-old.

The youngster makes decisions “which one would expect from much older players,” said Souness. “He already surpasses what Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi did at the same age. He also has the necessary discipline to do the hard work back.”

On May 11th there will be a direct duel between Bellingham and Yamal in the Clasico. Previously, Real wants to restore the old deficit in the table of four points to the Catalans with a win on Sunday (2 p.m. in the live ticker) against Celta Vigo.
