In the footsteps of dad: Liam van Nistelrooy, son of the legendary striker Ruud, signed his first professional contract with the Dutch first division team PSV Eindhoven.
This was announced by the second in the table of the eredivisia. The 17-year-old plays in a storm like his father, this season he scored 20 goals for the U17 of the club in 30 games.

Van Nistelrooy once switched to United for 28.5 million euros
Ruud van Nistelrooy switched from SC Heerenveen to PSV in the summer of 1998, three years later the English top club Manchester United transferred 28.5 million euros for the service of the attacker.
After his active career, he won the Dutch trophy as a coach in the 2022/23 season with Eindhoven, and since last December he has been a team manager of Leicester City.
