The owners of the Portland Trail Blazers want to donate charitable purposes.
The Portland Trail Blazers from the North American basketball league NBA are for sale. This was announced by the heirs of the Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen as the owner community of the ex-master. The sale process should therefore be “continued in the 2025/26 season”.
“The Paul G. All Estate Company announces that they officially initiated the Portland Trail Blazers sales process in accordance with Allen’s wish to ultimately sell its sports companies and to dedicate the profits charity,” the Trail Blazers wrote in a statement.
Allen, who also belonged to the Seahawks and the footballers of the SUNDER in Seattle, died in 2018. His sister Jody Allen has managed his estate since then.
So far, Portland had only been able to win the NBA championship in 1977. 15 years later, the team has been in the finals for the last time. In the current season, Portland had missed the play-offs for the fourth time in 2021.
