NBA: Wagner leads Magic to victory – Schröder with weak performance

Franz Wagner secured victory in the final phase

Franz Wagner celebrates the next victory with the Magic. Meanwhile, Dennis Schröder shows a weak idea for the pistons.

Basketball world champion Franz Wagner led Orlando Magic to the third win in the NBA. At 111: 104 at the Charlotte Hornets, the Berliner scored the last five points of his team from the Freiwurfinie, in total he came up with 26 points.

After top star Paolo Banchero (32 points), Wagner was the second best thrower of the Magic, plus eight rebounds and four assists for the German. The way to the playoffs for the Florida team, which continues to rank eighth in the Eastern Conference with a balance of 35:38 victories, will probably lead to the play-in tournament.

Weak evening for Schröder

Dennis Schröder and his Detroit Piston will be spared this in sixth place (41:32). The national team captain and his team also won the second game in the absence of superstar Cade Cunningham with 122: 96 against the San Antonio Spurs. Schröder stood in the starting line -up, but had a weak evening with seven points, six assists and two rebounds in just under 23 minutes.

In the west, Isaiah Hartenstein continued to expand his winning streak with Oklahoma City Thunder. OKC, which is already qualified as the number one of the Western Conference for the Playoffs, celebrated the seventh win after the Sacramento Kings. Hartenstein stood on the field right from the start, scored four points and collected ten rebounds. MVP candidate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander towered over with 32 points.
