Jimmy Butler now has a lawsuit on his neck after his farewell from Miami.

After a permanent twist with his team and the following farewell towards California, the chapter Miami has probably not yet ended for Jimmy Butler. The NBA star has now been sued because he allegedly rented $ 260,000 in Florida. There should be damage of $ 127,000 in the abandoned house.

The Five Star Marketing and Promotions company filed the lawsuit, so there are two monthly rents ($ 130,000 each).

The house where Butler lived before moving to the Golden State Warriors has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and is said to be worth $ 10 million. The plaintiff calls for a total of $ 257,282 and the right to withstand Butler’s deposit of $ 130,000.

According to the lawsuit, the six -time allstar is said to have exchanged the locks and did not give the owner a key. Due to the lack of maintenance at the pool and on the air conditioning, there was apparently mold formation in the house, which made the exchange of ceilings and floors necessary.

Miami Heat had suspended Butler several times at the beginning of the year, including because of team -damaging behavior and a missed flight. At the beginning of February, the 35-year-old was given to the Warriors by the franchise.
