Breathe at Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors: The basketball superstar suffered no structural injury in the NBA game against the Toronto Raptors (117: 114). The Warriors announced this on Friday after an MRI examination. Due to its pelvic bruise, Curry, however, misses the start of the upcoming away trip of the Warriors. Six games in succession are on the trip.

Curry was collided with two Raptors professionals shortly before the end of the third quarter during a pass and fell on the floor. The 37-year-old initially stayed with pain, but was able to leave the court without help. “He thought he might come back into the game,” said coach Steve Kerr. “We decided not to risk anything. Hopefully it’s not bad.”

Teammate Draymond Green spoke after a “scary moment”. Curry had previously been in use for 25 minutes and scored 17 points during this time. With his team, he is currently in sixth place in the Western Conference, which would be enough for direct moving into the play-offs.
