The top two places in the table have already been awarded to Luke Littler and Luke Humphries before the 16th matchday. As of now, Gerwyn Price and Nathan Aspinall would also be qualified for the Final Four tournament. However, Michael van Gerwen could still move into the top 4 if he wins the tournament.
Chris Dobey, Rob Cross and Stephen Bunting can no longer qualify for the Final Four tournament, but the trio are still playing for prize money and prestige.
Premier League: The Quarter final Pairings at a Glance
Luke Littler will open the final matchday of the regular season against Stephen Bunting at 8:30 p.m. Afterwards, things will get serious for van Gerwen. The Dutchman must win against direct rival Nathan Aspinall to maintain his chances of winning the Premier League title. On the last matchday, he lost to him 3:6.
Luke Humphries and Rob Cross will duel at 9:30 p.m., before Gerwyn Price wants to fix his entry into the Final Four tournament against Chris Dobey.
The semi-finals will be played at 10:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., before the final starts at 11:00 p.m.
Premier League Darts: Showdown Next Thursday
The four players who occupy ranks one to four after the 16th matchday will fight for the win next Thursday, May 29th. The semi-finals start at 8 p.m., before the grand final (Best of 21 Legs) starts at 10 p.m.
The winner can look forward to a prize of £275,000. The finalist still receives 125,000 euros, while the semi-finalists receive 85,000. In total, exactly 1 million pounds in prize money will be distributed in the Premier League Darts.
In 2024, Luke Littler secured the crown with an 11:7 victory against Luke Humphries. The two stars avoid each other in the semi-finals and could therefore deliver the final showdown again in 2025.
