As a UN environmental ambassador: Felix Neureuther
“The mountains gave me everything – my passion, meaning and my success. Now it is time to give them something back by protecting them from the invisible threat from pollution,” said Neureuther.
Neureuther wants to motivate people to act environmentally friendly
As a BRS ambassador, Neureuther will highlight the importance of pollution prevention in sensitive ecosystems, support cleaning actions and motivate young people and community to act environmentally friendly.
Neureuther’s commitment will play a crucial role in combining science, politics and public action as part of the BRS conventions.
Neureuther, who took part in three Olympic Winter Games and won 13 World Cup races, has been involved intensively for climate protection in the Alps since his end of his career, and works closely with scientists and converting experts to monitor the effects of climate change in high -aligned regions.
