Darts Super League: Date for World Cup qualification fixed

A German-speaking player qualifies for the Darts World Cup via the Hylo PDC Europe Super League. Now the appointment for the tournament has been set.

Only four months until the Darts World Cup starts again. As in previous years, a German -speaking player can qualify again via the Hylo PDC Europe Super League. The association has now announced when the tournament will take place.

From November 4th to November 7th, 24 players in Hildesheim will fight for the coveted ticket for the most important darts tournament of the year, which will be held in the legendary Ally Pally in London. Sport1 broadcasts both the Super League and the World Cup live on TV and stream from December 11th.

In 2024 Kai Gotthardt prevailed in the Super League

Participation in the HYLO PDC Europe Super League takes place exclusively via the Next ranking lists. Players from Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein can therefore also play around the World Cup ticket.

For the Super League, the top 20 of the PDC Europe Next Gen Main Order of Merit and the top 4 of the Youth Order of Merit qualify – provided that they are not already qualified via the Main Order of Merit.

“The Super League is the top of the world for many players of the door openers. Anyone who prevails here is one of the best in their country and is measuring the CMM with the Cremé de la Cremé des darts,” emphasizes Philip Brzezinski, head of sports at PDC Europe.

“We are pleased that we can offer fans again this year to see gripping matches at the highest level,” added Brzezinski.
