Beau Greaves has made darts history. As only the second woman after Lisa Ashton, the 21-year-old will receive a PDC Tour Card.
Whether Greaves will accept it is not yet certain. However, much suggests she will, as she declined WDF appearances and focused only on PDC events.

Greaves benefits from Manby’s exit
That Greaves received the Tour Card at all was due to Charlie Manby’s early elimination. Since he was eliminated in the quarterfinals of the 22nd PDC Development Tour tournament, the Tour Card went to Greaves. Manby would have had to win the event for that.
Greaves herself had been eliminated in the round of 32, but since she was ranked second in the Order of Merit and the leader Cameron Crabtree already possessed a Tour Card, the main prize went to the Englishwoman.
By the way, Crabtree won the 22nd Development Tour tournament with a 5:2 victory in the final against Viktor Tingstrom. It was his fifth title win this year.
Fallon Sherrock also benefits from Greaves’ qualification for the Darts World Championship. She moves into the participant field via the Women’s Series.
