Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors is out in Inglewood due to knee problems.
Stephen Curry also wants to miss the upcoming NBA All-Star Game in Inglewood, California, next weekend. The reason is persistent problems in his right knee.
This was announced by Steve Kerr, coach of the Golden State Warriors, on Monday evening on the sidelines of the game against the Memphis Grizzlies (113:114). Previously, MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of champions Oklahoma City Thunder had already had to withdraw his participation.

NBA Star Curry Still in Pain
“It’s about learning what works in the rehab process,” Curry told ESPN : “Because it still hurts. You have to try to get rid of all the inflammation and pain. It’s something we still have to monitor and control. If I come back too early, it could flare up again.”
Curry injured himself two weeks ago during an individual training session. Since then, the four-time champion has been struggling with patellofemoral pain syndrome, also known as “runner’s knee,” and has already missed several games.
Canadian Gilgeous-Alexander is missing the star showcase due to an abdominal muscle injury and will be replaced in the World Team by Turkish international Alperen Sengün. Who will take Curry’s place in the squad is not yet known.
