Rasta Vechta: Held takes over for Schiller

The promotional trainer of competitor Rostock Seaawolves signs a three -year contract.

After the farewell to Martin Schiller, Christian Held takes over the post as head coach of Rasta Vechta from the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). The 43-year-old Austrian had only hired in Vechta last year. Held’s contract in Rostock had not been extended after the difficult season 2023/24. The coach led the Mecklenburger to the upper house in 2022.
