Karsten Tadda is the sole record player of the basketball Bundesliga. In the guest performance of the Bamberg Baskets at Ratiopharm Ulm, the 36-year-old played his 639 game in the upper house and thus left the previous record holder Alex King behind.
The 89-time national player ran in the Bundesliga for Bamberg and the Gießen 46ers, Ratiopharm Ulm, EWE Baskets Oldenburg and Telekom Baskets Bonn. With Bamberg, where he had already played from 2007 to 2015 and where he has been under contract since 2023, the Franke became German champion five times and won the trophy three times.
After this season Tadda will end his career. On Sunday stands for the Baskets, which is as table 15. The play-offs clearly miss the last game against Rasta Vechta.
