The Austrian Thomas Thurnbichler takes over the B squad of the German ski jumper.
The previous Polish chief coach Thomas Thurnbichler is moving to the DSV and takes over the B squad. The association announced this on Wednesday.
The 35 -year -old Austrian Thurnbichler was recently responsible for Poland’s aces for the former tour winners Kamil Stoch and Dawid Kubacki for three years before the end of internal quarrels also came out with Poland icon and association president Adam Malysz at the end of the season.

This allows the most important German squads all lead by prominent trainers. The chief coach of the A team remains Thurnbichler’s compatriot Stefan Horngacher, previously also Poland’s national coach.
From the B- to the top of the C squad, the former Swiss national coach Ronny Hornschuh, who looks after the young Springer together with Christian Winkler. Heinz Kuttin, once a coach of Austria’s men, remains women chief coach.
