Josie Hofmann is careful with the single-distance World Cup in Hamar.
Josie Hofmann gave the German skiing ski runners at the World Cup in Hamar on the first top 10 placement on the individual route. The Berliner ran eighth place over the 5000 m in 7: 10.06 minutes on Saturday.
As expected, Hofmann, who had passed the podium on Friday in team tracking on Friday, had nothing to do. The top 3 around the victorious Italian Francesca Lollobrigida (6: 56.38) ended the longest long -haul route among women in less than seven minutes. The other German starters missed a placement of the top ten on Saturday over 1000 m and in the mass start of the men.
The single-distance world championships in Norway form and highlight of the pre-Olympic ice skating season. For the German ice skating and shorttrack community (DESG), the main thing is to reduce the gap to the top nations. The title fights end on Sunday.
