NBA: OKC wins top game in Boston

Oklahoma City Thunder put an exclamation mark with a victory in the top game in the basketball profile NBA and underpinned its title ambitions.

Led by Shai Gilgeous -Alexander, OKC won an 118:112 at Master Boston Celtics – the Canadian was the best thrower of the game with 34 points. Isaiah Hartenstein contributed eleven points. Boston’s top star Jayson Tatum got 33 points.

Oklahoma, who took first place in the west, put an end to the Celtics winning streak. The defending champion had won the past five games, now OKC was too strong for the second time this season.

At the head of the Western Conference, Oklahoma expanded his lead because pursuers Denver Nuggets failed. Despite a strong performance by Nikola Jokic (34 points), the ex-champion lost 95:115 against the strong Minnesota Timberwolves.
