Former tour winner Kubacki back from Innsbruck

Former Tour Winner Makes Comeback

The 35-year-old replaces the out-of-form Piotr Zyla in the second half of the tour.

Former overall winner Dawid Kubacki returns to the Polish ski jumping squad for the second half of the Four Hills Tournament.

The 35-year-old will replace the out-of-form Piotr Zyla starting from the competition in Innsbruck. Zyla had only finished 36th in Oberstdorf and even failed to qualify, placing 53rd in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Dawid Kubacki returns

Kubacki won the Tour in the winter of 2019/20, taking second place in Innsbruck and winning the final in Bischofshofen. This season, however, he is still out of form, with his best result being a 20th place.

The qualification on Bergisel will take place on Saturday.
