The Premier League Darts promises intense action every time. The eight participants will, as usual, first face each other in four quarter-final matches. Besides Littler, defending champion Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen, Gerwyn Price, Stephen Bunting, and Jonny Clayton, the two newcomers Josh Rock and World Championship finalist Gian van Veen are also participating.
The winners of the four duels advance to the semi-finals and compete there for a spot in the final. Whoever wins receives five points for the table, the finalist three. Those who fail in the first match receive no points. In the semi-finals, the professionals receive two points.
The four players with the most points after 16 match days advance to the playoffs. On May 28, the new champion will be sought in London’s O2 Arena. World Champion Luke Littler will try to dethrone his long-time rival Luke Humphries once again.
